The house is on a private road with ample parking and large garage. There are 3 bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms, kitchen and a very large lounge. The garden is over 100ft long with a weeping willow, pond, greenhouse, BBQ, shed (with chickens)and stream at the bottom.

There is a landline telephone, broadband wi-fi, freeview TV, all kitchen facilities including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

The current occupants are myself, my wife and our 2 year old. We are in our 30s.

The house is located on a quiet street within easy reach of the University and the Surrey Research park. The train station is a 20 minute walk and the town centre is 25 mins walk away.

All bills are included in the price including TV licence, council tax, gas, water, electric, broadband etc.
