we have a small upstairs room available now in our four bedroom house in a quiet area of Stoughton (Guildford) for a Female tenant only.

The room is à‚ÂÂÂ £385 per month and includes water and council tax. Other bills are approximately à‚ÂÂÂ £30-50 per month and broadband is à‚ÂÂÂ £12.50 each per month. The room comes with: 3/4 double bed, shelves, bedside table, wardrobe, internet and TV cable inputs.

The house has off street parking and a large garden. The living room has a large corner sofabed and 50 inch TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher, double fridge and all other white goods, as well as lots of storage space.

The house is situated about 25 minutes walk from the main line station in Guildford, and the bus stop is about 5 minutes walk, as well as the local shops. There is also easy access to the A3, Surrey Research Park, hospital, Tesco and Surrey Sports Park nearby.
