August Only - 2 Large Doubles 3 Mins From Station
Hello!
We are three clean and tidy professionals who are coming to the end of our 1-year tenancy and are all moving out at different times. We therefore have 2 very big double rooms available on a short-term basis - one from 1st-31st August and the other from 10th-31st August.
New tenants are moving in on 1st September so they won't be available any later, but do let me know if you want the room for just some of this period. It will be on quite an informal basis as it's only short-term, so just rent for the period you are staying up front to secure the room. Your share of the bills will be about £50 for the month pro rata.
If you need some parking info, there is on-street parking available with a permit in the bays surrounding the house, otherwise they are free after 6pm on weekdays and on Sundays.
