Few minutes' drive or 15-20 mins cycling to town centre. Hospital/research park and university area walkable (there's a shortcut across the common), 10-15 mins by bike or bus to town goes past there. Quiet semi-rural location. Close enough to town to be convenient, far enough away to be quiet at night.

Furniture includes double bed with orthopaedic, memory foam mattress, double wardrobe, canvas wardrobe, desk, drawers, and bedside cabinet. There is plenty of space and the tenant is free to rearrange the furniture if desired.

House has conservatory, patio and nice gardens, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, lounge/dining room with cable freeview TV, large bathroom upstairs and downstairs WC. The shed (waterproof and lockable) is suitable for storing bikes.

Two cars can park on the driveway, there is also parking on street and at the end of the close. We have 60Mb broadband (wireless).
