During summer holiday, one of the girl will go back to China, therefore, we want some one can replace this room. We accept weekly rent as well as monthly rent. If you rent as a weekly base, it will cost £150/week, including all the bills. If you rent as a monthly base, it will cost £500/month, including all the bills. We have parking space in the side of the house for free. Female only; no male allows to stay overnight; no pets please; No parties during stay, as we just want to keep this house tidy, quiet and peaceful.
The house location is about less than 10 mins walk to University of Surrey, less than 10 mins walk to Guildford Railway Station, 15 mins walk to Tesco. 1 mins walk to bus stop. And Guildford has regular fast trains to London in each 15 mins during weekdays, this takes around 40 mins to London Waterloo Station.
