Looking for a 3rd housemate to rent a three bedroom house as a whole. One of the rooms will be occupied by me and other by my brother. The house has an spacious living room and kitchen. Room is a good size. Looking for a clean housemate, preferably student as we won't be able to contribute towards council tax. bills are around £30 (according to current tenants). Unfortunately I don't have any pictures (could try and ask the landlord for viewing if necessary ). the house is not a modern house but it has the essentials.
