Large double furnished room in 3 bedroom family house situated on a quiet cul-de-sac road overlooking woodland.

We are a FAMILY of three - husband, wife and a chatty little boy of 5 ( and an elderly but very affectionate cat!). We are huge volkswagen enthusiasts and like spending time at home with the occasional night out, especially for a good curry! We are looking for a female lodger who will love all of the lovely benefits that come from living in a family environment but who can balance this with having an independent lifestyle of cleaning, cooking and socialising.

Students are welcome and would suit someone away from home for the first time.

The room is newly decorated in neutral colours with a new carpet and curtains. The room has a garden view.
Room includes double bed and mattress, built in storage/wardrobe and bedside table with drawers.

Ample free parking, 5 minute drive from Guildford town centre or 30 minutes walk. Local frequent bus service, local shop and 24 hour garage.

Shared kitchen has oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and own storage cupboard. Washing line in the garden and airer available.

Fully central heated. Electric and gas metres but all bills are inclusive of PCM rent.

Lovely garden with pond, patio and decking area. BBQ for summer.

Shared family bathroom with large bath and electric power shower. We have a separate toilet room.

Virgin media TV available in the living room when we are not there. Broadband included in rent.

We are quite a laid back family - one of our previous lodgers stayed for 6 and a half years!
