I have a very large town centre double room that I'm looking to let out and is available now. Its a great room with plenty of cupboard space.
We re a very friendly house, and enjoy sharing a glass of wine in the evening and chilling out watching a movie or TV. Or heading to the local pub. But we also respect each others space.
Although I'm a live in Landlord I like everyone to treat the house as a home and enjoy living here. The house is tastefully furnished I think :) but I'll let you be the judge.
All bills are included, we have super fast internet connection and there is a spare parking permit available to apply for from the council.
