We have single room available in a well maintained 4 bedroom house in a good location (Ladymead and Slyfield estate).

The room is a single room however, it has a double bed. The room also has a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

There is one spacious bathroom upstairs, with shower. One toilet downstairs.

The garden is maintained by the landlord and we are known for hosting a bbq or two when it's nice.

There is also plenty of free parking available.

We are friendly and sociable house who often hang out as a group. We are looking for young, friendly professionals who want to be part of a houseshare.

Rent includes council tax, water rates and gardening service.

Internet, tv license and electricity are paid separately from rent. Internet will be around £7 pounds a month. TV licence is £36. 25 for the year. Electricity is approx £80 a quarter each.
