I have a single room for rent in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house on Southway, in Guildford. The room is furnished, and all bills are included for £500/month.

Location:
The house is located on the number 4&5 bus route into Guildford town center (8 minutes away) and close to the Royal Surrey Hospital, the Research Park, Surrey University, Tesco Superstore and the A3. The bus stop is just outside and the local shops only 2 minutes walk away.

The single room comes with a single bed (with pocket sprung & memory foam topped mattress), built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, computer desk & bedding with bed linen.

The rent includes:
Virgin high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi broadband, Council Tax, TV License & reasonable and fair use of: Gas, Electricity & Water.
Shared areas; kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, downstairs second toilet & patio garden.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, gas hob, electric dual oven, washing machine, fridge freezer etc.

The house has a combi-boiler which provides hot water on tap, and the bathroom has a thermostatic high pressure shower.

The house is clean and quiet, which we wish to maintain, so we are looking for a considerate house trained house mate.
