Single room with ensuite

Hello all,

We are currently looking for a new tenant for our single room within our property. The room comes fully furnished with bed, chest of draws and a bedside cabinet and has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The room has been freshly painted and a new floor is being laid.

We are only short walk from the nearest bus stop with a direct route into the town centre or if you like to walk only a 25 minute walk.

We have 2 dogs who are very friendly and love to be around people. One of our tenants is a big dog lover and when we are not around will spend a lot of time with her.

We are a extremely relaxed household and enjoy spending time together or apart. My husband and I enjoy baking and cooking so there are plenty of meals going where we all sit down together for some good food, a drink and a laugh.

During the warmer months we do get the BBQ going and have some fun evenings in the garden at weekends.

Included in the price is your gas, electric, water, council tax, WiFi and virgin TV. We also supply all cooking supplies from pots and pans to trays plates and cutlery.

We are currently in the process of renovating the garden to add some new outdoor features for everyone to enjoy. Current progress is slow due to the weather but we should have a new summer house and pool/jacuzzi for all to enjoy.
