I have just bought a flat in Guildford. I have a spareroom which I'd like to rent out.
The room is a double, has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. I have a small double bed which I can also include if needs be.
I am looking for someone to share my flat with rather than just rent a room. Someone sociable, easy going and tidies up after themselves!

There is a spare parking space plus plenty of visitor bays.
Guildford town centre is a 5 minute bus or 20/25 minute walk away.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP really.
I am really chilled out, quite sociable, and just generally normal!
