Friendly Sociable House Share Guildford

Hi we're currently a professional house share with one boy and two girls. We're looking for a new housemate, preferably a young professional or mature student.

The property is about a 20/25 min walk into the center of town as well as walking distance to Surrey Research Park and the University.

The room will be available from November 2020. Ideally looking for someone sociable, who prefers enjoying a meal and glass of wine in the evening.

The house has two main living areas, with a living room on the first floor and a ground floor conservatory. The kitchen is very spacious and the garden backs out onto the river Wey. The main bathroom has recently been modernised and will only be shared between two. Rent includes all bills being water, electricity, gas, council tax, broadband and Sky TV.
