Downstairs there is a kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You will have a separate cupboard space for food. In the living room there is 2 couches and a tv with virgin.

Situated in a convenient location to the local shops, close to bus stops travelling to the centre of Guildford, and the A3 a 2 minute drive away.

Bills are minimal and are split evenly between the house. Broadband is available.
