20 min walk to station, 15min walk to town centre. Permit parking available. Nice area.
£550 per month plus bills - around £150-200 (Council Tax is the biggie as it's on the edge of town).
Single occupancy only. Prefer a professional, non smoker (although you could smoke outside).
