I have this lovely and modern 2 bedroom flat available to sublet immediately for sublet to students. It is located in central Guildford (right next to dominoes and pizza hut), about a 5 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minute walk to the university campus. There is one large double bedroom with an en suite shower/basin, a smaller single bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, basin and shower and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The flat is very well lit with huge windows in every room and the heating is excellent, with a temperature control for use. There is a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and wall mounted tv included with the property.

The rent is £1050/calendar month and includes all of the bills aside from internet. Fibre optic/broadband is available and the property is currently on a 100Mb download speed contract with Virgin for £31. 50/month (if you want to continue this contract you can, or I can cancel it and you can get your own.) I would ask for this £31. 50 each month although that can be discussed later.

The deposit on the flat will be £1200.
