Large double room in spacious house

Hi,

We're looking to fill a large double room in our house. The room is an unfurnished, large double with an equally large built-in wardrobe, on the top floor of the house. The house is spacious, with a large kitchen/diner, a conservatory, and a nice garden which has decking both at the top of the garden and at the bottom, on the riverbank. It really must be seen to be believed - it's a lovely place to live!
It is an easy bus/walk into town, and is also close to a corner shop, Sainsbury's Local, Boots Chemist, as well as a couple of good takeaways and a friendly pub!

House is shared with a couple on their late 20's and the landlady. We are all pretty friendly and like to have a bit of a natter over a cup of tea or dinner, but all also like our own space (of which there is plenty to be had!). We like to keep the place neat and clean and relaxed, and need someone who can fit in with this.

Rent is £650 with bills on top.
