The house has a large living / dining room, kitchen, downstairs loo, garden, garage and parking is un restricted.
You would share a family bathroom with one of the other housemates.
There are two current housemates, both female and 30+.
We are looking for a friendly, professional and responsible female who is 30+.
The rent is £420 each month which includes all bills.
