Double room with en-suite in luxury apartment

Hi, my flatmate is leaving the flat so I have a double room with en-suite available for renting. The room is in a shared flat with one professional female. The room is unfurnished but it does have a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You would have to have your own bed and mattress. The flat is a luxury flat in Lindfield Gardens, 5 minutes walking from the Guildford Spectrum and from London Rd Station. 10-15 minutes walk from the High street. If you use public transports, the bus stop is right in front of the flat. The flat includes a hallway, a shared kitchen/diner, my smaller double bedroom and my bathroom. The kitchen includes all white goods, oven, microwave, grill, hob. There is secured underground parking available, if you need it, with direct access from the flat via an internal lift. The rent does not include bills or council tax. Fibre optic wifi available.
About me: I am a professional, Italian (have lived in the UK for the past 5 years now), 33 years old, nice and easy going. I am used to share flats so I am experienced with living with different types of people. I am quiet, tidy, clean and respectful of the other person's privacy and life. I look for the same in a new flatmate and someone I can share some time with - watching a movie, having dinner together from time to time, etc. No party animals and drugs. I also look for a female who is working full time and that does not work full time from home. I spend a lot of time out of the UK so you would often have the flat all for yourself at the price of a flatshare!
The room is available from March 28th the very earliest.
