Room is cosy and warm with lots of wardrobe space and a working desk with bookcase.

Flat is situated in an old Victorian 4-story house with beautiful garden to share in the summer. Separate sitting room and diner with internet connected tv.

Bills free (telephone - own calls to be paid for separately).

Additional services if needed on a 5-day let: New bed linen and towels provided each week so you don't have to worry about washing. Also, as part of the stress-free living you can get your washing done on the Friday morning before work and I'll dry it off ready for you to iron on the Sunday night. Whatever suits you.

I'm a professional who works either from home or abroad on an ad hoc basis and I have a small dog (well trained Jack Russell). I'm past the age of partying and like my flat to be a quiet haven and if I need any fun I go out.
