Double room available in Burpham

I have a small double room available in Burpham. Weekday only let is preferred, but 7 days also considered at an increased rate (available on request).
The house is located in a residential area with the amenities of Guildford close by, good transport links and street parking. The room comes with a double bed, storage and it's own bathroom. The rest of the house is in good decorative order, with a nice south facing garden. Use of broadband, Now tv channels, utilities and the usual facilities (fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc) are included.
The ideal housemate would be friendly and conscientious, someone who is easy going, responsible and considerate about housemate sharing etiquette.
I enjoy cycling, yoga, festivals, the occasional cocktail or cosy night in. I also have a cat called Margot.
