It's a gorgeous room. The whole house is nicely done and is in an excellent location between Tesco and University. The housemates are all PhDs from FEPS and great people. The room will be available roughly from the end of April. The rent is 460 GBP/month + bills.
We prefer a student, but all others welcome! It is noted that non-student tenant needs to pay council tax.
