Part-furnished double room, £430 p/month +bills

View soon to avoid disappointment. Double room available in three storey house in Guildford, five minute walk to station and high street. Fantastic location, very clean and well-kept house (this is a real home, not just a place to crash), and cheap rent. Room was not originally furnished, but I am moving on to my own home and so will not need most of my own furniture - I'm happy to throw in a double bed and shelving unit with the room if needed, while wardrobes and shelving are built in.

The rent does not cover bills, which are split four ways with the three girls I currently share with. Virgin Media TV and Broadband available, although please note this room has NO TV aerial point - it does have a great internet connection though, so Netflix is your friend, and Virgin TV is available in the communal living room. The deposit is equal to a quarter of the monthly rent, which should be paid directly to the lettings agent, while an admin charge of £100 can be split with myself, leaving additional fees at just £50.

This room will go very quickly. It really is one of the best-kept secrets in Guildford, so call or message me asap to arrange a viewing. Sorry, no students (letting agent rules...), so professionals only please. Also please note - No parking is currently available at the property, though we are only a 5 minute walk from Guildford station.
