I have a large double room available in Guildford, Surrey as I am moving to London for a new job.
***Please note this is a SHORT TERM let - room available 10 April - 18 June 2015***
Rent is £480 a month, bills included.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, one large chest of drawers, two small chest of drawers, a desk with a lamp and chair, and a bookshelf.
There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower/bath. An additional toilet downstairs. There is a garden with a patio also, lovely for the summer.
Landlords are great and fix anything straight away.
You will be sharing with two relaxed guys, in their 20s. We all work so the house is pretty relaxed. We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate who is also chilled out to maintain the balance in the house.
There is space for two cars parking on the drive and additional road parking which is all free.
Tesco and the hospital 10 minute walk from the house.
