Large double available in the house from the 1st October, and possibly sooner if needed.
The house is situated close to the town centre and train station and a parking permit included in the rent.
We are looking for a female housemates to replace myself in the tenancy.
We have always got on well as a house and are friends as well as housemates.
The house is really spacious and is split out over 4 floors, so althoughu there are 4 people living there, you have plenty of space of your own. There is a large modern open plan kitchen/diner and a separate living room. There's also 3 bathrooms between the 4 tenants. The rooms are unfurnished.
We each put 90 per month to cover bills each month, however any surplus money after paying bills is shared out, so this is £630 all in.
