Unfortunately, we're unexpectedly reletting this room after being let down at the last minute.

We're looking for a friendly sort to take the single room in this fantastic house, sharing with a really great gang of professional people.

The available room has a new single bed and built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's at the front of the house and really sunny. The bathroom is shared with just 2 other tenants.

The room is in a 6 bedroom semi in a quite residential street and is round the corner from a parade of shops and the bus stop. Guildford town centre, the Uni, Research Park and hospital are all a few minutes away.

You will be sharing a large kitchen, utility, cosy sitting room and large conservatory with dining table with a friendly group of mixed professionals aged 27 - 37.

All appliances and furniture are new and good quality. There's lots of storage and space. All kitchen and table ware are provided and cleaner will come in weekly to keep all the common areas looking great.

Outside is a patio and garden with furniture to enjoy the lovely English summer time. The gardens shed is secure and can be used to store bicycles.

All bills including broadband are included in the rent.
