2 bed flat available from July for 6 month let

Lovely 2 bedroom flat available for short term let as my husband and I are off travelling for 6 months. We are young professionals and this little flat is my first property and as such my pride and joy.
The flat is on a quiet road on the Guildford/Merrow borders. Just yards away from Merrow Downs and beautiful countryside.

Its a 20min walk to London road station or 40mins to the mainline station (I prefer cycling and its just 15mins away).

I am looking for the impossible - someone who would like a furnished flat at the same time as we are going away! Ideally someone considerate who will look after the place for us and not disturb our very quiet but friendly neighbors.

The bathroom has just been refurbished and the rest of the flat was repainted when I moved in.
Theres a lovely big open plan living room and kitchen.

The main bedroom is a very large double, currently furnished with a king sized bed, 2 chests of draws and a built in wardrobe.
The spare room is big enough for a small double bed. It is currently unfurnished and needs a little updating. I am happy for any prospective tenant to have a say in its decoration. And if you have your own furniture thats fine. Although at the moment we find it most useful for drying laundry and storage!

There is a small car park behind the flats but there are limited spaces, although one is dedicated to this flat.

Unfortunately I have a leasehold and not a freehold and this stipulates that you cannot have any animals in the flat or use it as a place of business.

Dates available are potentially flexible for the right people.
