We have a bright, large double room available now in our friendly, professional household!

The house has a big living room with adjoining dining room and kitchen with adjoining utility room (with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer). We have 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, 1 downstairs) with showers and baths in both. We also have a big garden with a patio (great for BBQs) and a drive which can fit 4 cars, and loads of on street parking.

The available room is a large double at the front of the house and it is fully furnished with a bed, chest of draws, bedside table and a wardrobe.

Water and council tax are included in the rent. Our costs (energy, media incl. TV licence and household essentials) come to about £30-50 each per month each.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the Research Park, Tesco and the Hospital and has very good bus connections into the town center.

We are looking for a sociable, young professional to join us. We all have busy schedules but usually hang out in the evenings/on weekends watching TV/films, cooking house meals, going to the pub and have BBQ's in the summer.
