Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom Flat Very Central Loc

I am currently having my flat in Central guildford renovated to a very high spec, it should be completed by early September.
I will have 2 double rooms available one with a large built in wardrobe and the other is larger and has a walk in wardrobe.
The flat is about a 2 min walk to the friary shopping centre, 5 min walk to the station and about a 10/15 min walk to the university.
There is a brand new bathroom which will be shared by these rooms as the third room has an en suite.

I am 25, female and work in central guildford, I am happy to live with males or females.
I am friendly and sociable so if you are looking for a sociable flatmate then great, if not no problem I won't be pestering you. :)
