Spacious room with double bed, wardrobe cupboard and
recess storage space above stairs. Modern feel and
comes with basic furnishings. Room is front bedroom of
2 bed house in GU1, close to Woking Road. 4th of 5 in a terrace, friendly neighbours. Sharing with
landlord who's a '03 grad working in the local
area, grew up there too.

Would prefer non-smoker, friendly type who is sociable
but can respect that landlords student days are behind
him, during the week at least! Would prefer someone who isn't fresh to the area completely, and has good social and local ties as well.

-- Local regular bus service to town centre literally on doorstep.

30 minute walk to uni & town, would suit bike/cyclist,
bus user or car owner.

Am happy to accept overnight stay visits from spouses/partners for example a full weekend every other, or the occasional week day. Would expect reasonable notification - and would operate on the same basis myself! House is also home to a cat - friendly as they come and spends very little time in the house - never is allowed into the offered bedroom.
