Hello I'm David, my lodger has recently departed due to a change of job and hence I'm looking for a replacement! I'm about a mile from Haslemere station and there's easy access to the A3 from here. I work in London and Guildford. I have an ensuite, so the main bathroom is mainly for lodger's use with shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining room etc.
My 2 kids come and stay twice a week, so if you hate kids this is probably not the answer for you! I also have a kitten.
Have had 2 previous lodgers, both of whom have been reasonably quiet plus clean and tidy, I'm looking for the same.
