My boyfriend and I have lived here for the lat 3 years and are both laid back people. We are looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and will respect the house.

The house is in the centre of Haslemere, being 5 minutes walk from both the train station and the high street.

We would consider a couple for this room and the price for this would be £645 per month.

The rent includes all bills except gas and electricity which are usually no more than £30 in the winter and far less in the summer.
