Double in heart of Hersham Village

Hi, I have a newly decorated double with wide bay windows overlooking a green lawn & silver birch trees. The house is situated at the end of a quiet close with private parking and lovely neighbours.

Since this is our home (myself, my adult daughter & our little dog) it's most important that the person is trustworthy, respectful and easy to get along with. We would prefer to share with a female.

The double bed has an orthopaedic memory foam mattress, has been redecorated and is fully furnished, with plenty of storage space, desk & chair. We have a shared bathroom kitchen, open lounge/dining room and patio doors leading to a rear garden.

We are in an excellent location right in the heart of Hersham village not far from the village green. You can easily walk to Waitrose, Lidl, post office, chemist, hairdresser, restaurants, cafes, pubs & the river mole. Walton on Thames train station is a 15-20 min walk away (train to waterloo in 25 mins). The M25 and A3 is also nearby.

A short drive, bus or cycle ride away is the River Thames, shopping centre, cinema, National Trust, Garsons Farm, Esher woods, Wisley Gardens & much more...

Sorry, No smokers. No double occupancy in the room.

I will consider short let's. - the deposit & rent would be changed accordingly.
