This is a good sized single room on the ground floor of my house. It is a comfortable family home - We are a friendly family! It is, in effect, a bed sit as there is no shared living space & it includes cooking facilities, fridge, microwave etc. It has recently been refurbished. There is a bathroom shared with one other. The house sits in a tranquil setting, surrounded by woods & countryside, but is 5 minutes by car to a mainline railway station & shops. Quick access to A3. You will need a car. A quiet non smoker would be very welcome.
