It’s a large self contained/open plan loft conversion occupying the top floor of a semi-detached house. There's a sofa in the living room area, a separate space with a double bed, a small separate dressing area (all one open plan space) and has separate (basic) kitchen facilities. It's furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, additional shelving and a television. There's also a dining table/desk with chairs. It has its own separate small kitchenette area that has basic cooking facilities: a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a double electric mini-hob. It also has it's own en-suite shower/toilet. It's a bright space with a skylight and a small balcony overlooking peaceful back gardens.
The entrance to this loft conversion is at the top of the house on the second/top floor. No one else uses this top floor. There's no shared use of the rest of the house or garden. There is another tenant who lives on the first floor of the house. I'm Pamela, the home owner. I'm an older woman and I live on the ground floor.
There's no washing machine in the loft however, tenants are welcome to use my washing machine on the ground floor once a week.
It would suite a non-smoking, quiet single professional, or professional couple. It's a quiet household in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The house is in a leafy residential road, walking distance to Kew Gardens, the Underground and Silverlink/Overground trains and it has good bus connections. It's also close to the National Archive, Kew Retail Park, beautiful river walks and cafes, shops and restaurants and there's a bus at the end of the street that takes you straight to the centre of Richmond.
