Preferably looking for a friendly, young professional who is happy in their own company but also loves socialising, to join a household of 5. Females only, non-smoker preferred!

The four storey town house is surrounded by the landscaped gardens in Kew Riverside. The tenancy includes FREE USE of Kew Riverside's private Health Centre, which has a heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and fully equipped gym, directly opposite the house!

Kew Underground & Overground station 7 minutes walk away. All bills inclusive, including broadband.

Spacious kitchen/dining area and comfortable reception room with 42" TV, shared with three other females. As the house is in a private residential complex, it won’t be a loud party type environment, rather a home to come back to and relax in.

Refs required. 1 months rent in advance and one month's deposit.

£800 per month (fully inclusive) except the divided cost of a cleaner once a week to clean the shared areas of the house.
