The spacious Double room is situated in Kingston KT2. Available to sublet FROM May 1st UNTIL July 1st (flexible dates).
£700 x month + £150 deposit.
bills, wifii and cleaner included.
The room can also be rented for just one month or short term (1 week £200 + £150 deposit).
The room has a super king bed, a sofa bed, a build in wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers and a desk with a chair.
The flat is really clean, it has a large communal area with good sized lovely lounge for relaxing and a clean tidy bathroom.
There is a washing machine, a dryer and wooden flooring. The flat has is own private balcony and a garage. there is plenty of storage space inside the flat and in the small garage downstairs which you can use to leave your stuff until you need as no one really uses it.
The room is situated in the Kingston Hill area 8 minute walk to Norbiton station for fast rail links to Waterloo, 1 min walk from bus stop 85 (towards Putney) k3 (towards Esher) and University free Bus (Kingston- Asda-Putney) which everyone can use. just 5 min walk from Richmond Park, the area is really nice and I love it!
All bills included (electricity, gas, water, council tax) as well as free WIFI and a complementary cleaner for the communal areas.

You’ll be living with 3 more tenants, 2 professional and a student. We work during the week but we also like to hang out together during the weekends. We love going to the pubs (there are plenty in the area) we love going to the cinema, to the theatre and museums.
Each tenant has its own kitchen utensils but the flat also provides some shared kitchen utensils for you to use, you’ll just need to bring your own bed sheets.

it's an ideal home if you need to be in Kingston for an internship, temporary work placement, a Master's course at the University, if you need a temporary place while you are looking to find a new home or if you need a place to rest between your working trips.
