Lovely double room for single occupancy available from 27th April.

Overlooking the south facing garden, it comes fully furnished with all bills included (electric; gas; Wi-Fi; council tax; water).

The room includes a double bed, hanging space for clothes, drawers, mirror, and small desk and chair. (Please note, bedding is not included).

There is a shower room next to the bedroom shared with just one other person.

Use of a well-equipped kitchen, which has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker and your own fridge, freezer, and cupboard space.

You also have access to the comfortable living/ dining room and beautiful south facing garden.

We also have a professional cleaner for shared areas of the house.

There is parking on the road outside, either metered or resident permit.

The house is situated in one of the most sought-after areas of Kingston and has fantastic access to both local amenities and transport links, the latter giving easy access to Wimbledon, Richmond, Surbiton, and central London.

We are both professionals, one of whom works from home. Neither of us eat meat (pescatarians) and would like someone similar.

We share the house with our very elderly cat!
