The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy access on foot within minutes to Kingston University, Kingston town center, ASDA supermarket, Kingston Hospital and Norbiton BR station (Zone 5) to London Waterloo in 30 minutes. There is a bus stop nearby for bus No. 131/N87 (night bus) to Kingston town center/Tooting via Wimbledon.

Street parking is available at your own expenses (annual permit is about £80).

You will have shared use of wireless broadband, the communal area, a bathroom plus toilet, kitchen equipped with gas cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine and other basic essentials. There is a shed at the rear garden good for storing bikes and seasonal stuff.

You will be sharing with a professional couple and a part-time female student in late twenties to early thirties. We are easy to get along with, reasonably quiet and respect sharing environment - clean, tidy, considerate and respectful. We are looking for someone similar plus reliable, honest and a non smoker. A professional or mature student is preferred.

This is not a party house and it’s pet and smoke free!

The rent is £520 pcm, ALL bills inclusive. 1-month deposit is required together with a 1-month rent upfront. The usual 1-month notice before moving out applies.
