I have a small double room to rent in a modern 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Kingston. You will be sharing with me, a male, aged 36. I'm ideally looking for a male or female of similar age, who is easy-going, a non-smoker, clean and will be respectful to the property and must be in full time employment.

The flat is fantastically located less than 10 mins walk to Kingston and Norbiton stations and Kingston bus station. Less than 15 mins walk to Richmond Park, the Thames, and Kingston's vast amount of shops, restaurants and bars.

The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, and use of storage cupboard with hanging space.

New carpet and double glazing have been recently fitted, the bathroom has bath and shower and has recently been modernised, and the kitchen is a good size and has normal appliances. The flat is south facing and has access to large semi-private garden, and off road parking.

Full Sky TV and Broadband package included. 1 month deposit required.
