This is a 3 Bed flat for students located within walking distance to kingston town (5-8 min) and Penrhyn road campus (15 mins). Local amenities are also nearby, i. e. asda is just behind the flat and local off licences open until late across the road.
I am an existing tenant who is leaving at the end of may and need someone to take over my tenancy which ends on 1st Aug 2014. The room is also available to be let if you wish to stay here for the next academic year.
In the flat are two other students (1 male, 1 female). The bathroom/toilet is shared with the existing flatmate who is a male and a shared kitchen.
