Double room for rent

I'm moving out of my gorgeous room and need someone to replace me! Its located just 2 minutes away from Kingston station right in the centre of town.
Its a fairly large room with a sofa, double bed, and some drawers and wardrobe.
Its a shared flat and currently there are 3 students who are just about to graduate and start working, therefore we are looking for a professional (for council tax etc)female as they are all girls. All the girls are really nice, friendly and clean.
I'm looking for someone to move in from the 1st May however I can be a bit flexible of dates.
Rent is 390 per month bills not included. Bills work out to roughly 30 a month. For the first two months the rent is 340 per month but the landlord is raising the rent price to 390 after which is still really good value for money.
