Hello girls. My name is Talita, I'm a student girl from Italy. I'll go back to my country for summer and I'd like to give my room to a reliable girl for August. I've been renting this house for the previous 2 years and i find this place very relaxed and friendly.
This is a lovely house located in front of the Kingston University (penhryn campus). The postcode is KT1 2TD. This house in exaclty in the middle between Kingston and Surbiton station (the train from Surbiton takes only 15 minutes to London Waterloo). This place is perfect both for students and professionals.

The house is fully furnished. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment (microwave, oven, mixer, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine plus a big and spacious fridge). There re 2 bathrooms (quite small but they're alright). Moreover there's a big and lovely garden where is possible to enjoy-finally- the sun, have breakfast or make barbecues.

The place is available from half may until the beginning of September. The price is à‚ÂÂÂ £ 450 with mostly of the bills included (water and electricity). To be paid are Internet (which comes à‚ÂÂÂ £10 per month) and the gas (which during summer is very cheap).

There is just one girl living here currently ( a fashion student from Korea, she is clean tidy and with good manners. )
