Single bedroom in house available. Near to Kingson
I am a professional female who completed a masters degree at Kingston University earlier in the year. Looking for someone to move into our spare room. Me and my housemate are easy to get on with and want someone we can get along and make friends with. My other housemate works at Kingston uni full time. I love sports and meeting new people. Our house is 5 mins away from a station with bus links also. It’s a 10 minute walk from the town centre and night clubs/bars.
Its a single bed furnished room with all the usual stuff you would expect (broadband, garden, parking space etc..)
I’ve found 3 previous housemates on here over the last 5 years and it's always been so easy to find like-minded people. I realise that being a live-in landlord is sometimes a put off to people but I see myself as just another housemate. I can give previous housemate’s numbers if required so you can get can chance to ask questions on what it was like. No preference on who you are but would prefer someone who wants to get to know everyone and is comfortable to chat, for example, if we are all in the kitchen together.
Contact me if you would like a viewing.
