One very decent sized double room available in a comfortable first-floor high street flat overlooking the river Thames.

In a very central location so close to all local amenities and transport links (less than five minutes walk into the centre of town, ten minute walk to Kingston station, bus stop on your front door takes you to Surbiton in under ten minutes).

Rooms come part furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bills are not included however with council tax, water, gas, electric and broadband come to approximately £100 a month. Flat includes a balcony, wireless broadband and a washing machine.

Ideally I'm looking for likeminded, easygoing people. The flat would suit other young professionals and creatives who are tidy, responsible, have a good sense of humour and are fun-loving. Unfortunately no students or couples. If that hasn't scared you away then please contact me ASAP.
