We have a single room to rent in a two storey top floor flat 5 minutes walk from Kingston train station.
The room is furnished and has a built in wardrobe.
The living room and kitchen are a great size and also has a small balcony area ( lovely sun trap ) we want to be able to share these areas and make it a cosy home for all three of us.
The rent for the room is £480 pcm and bills will be on top I would say around £80 pcm this will include Wi-Fi.
