I am looking for a person to take my tenancy from the 19th March 2016 for a minimum time of 6 months.

The house is modern, clean and well equipped, with a spare bedroom for storage, ironing etc., a utility room, washing machine + dryer, large open plan kitchen and living area, dishwasher, 2 fridges + freezer, outside storage, and 1 parking space. secluded quadrant/court/garden to the rear of the house.

Internet, water, electricity, and council tax are all payable on or before bills day on 15th each month, to one of the housemates. Bills are around 70-100 pounds dependant on electric usage only.

The housemates are very nice and friendly, 2 Girls and 1 guy, all of which will be here until at least the 19/09/2015.

THE ROOM has an ensuite shower toilet and basin in a cute bathroom with light storage. A built in large double wardrobe with storage on top. It also has a patio door leading out to the garden which is secluded, as photographed. + a desk.

its available from the 19th March and you will replace me in the current tenancy which expires on 19/09/2016. There might be costs due to referencing, but i could assist with these.
