Double room close to Kingston University

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE ASAP
Hello everyone :-)
I am Kasia, and my flatmate - Marialena. We are looking for 3rd person to rent a flat with us, that is located on Cambridge Road in Kingston - close to all Kingston University Campuses. We study in Kingston Hill, I study Accounting and Finance, and Marialena Law. We are a second year students, one from Poland, second one from Greese .
We are looking for someone chilled, that likes going out, and try new wines, but no drugs or big parties at home. We are very good students (both finished first year with 1st as final grade).
Flat is very nicely located and has very secure entrance (electronical, you need a pad). Has modern kitchen and bathroom, especially kitchen is amazing.
In the room there is big double bed, warderobe and enough space for a desk if you will want one.
The agreement with a landlors (we don't use agency) is for one year, ending 7. 08. 2015. If you will want to move out quicker, you can, you just simply need to find a replacement for yourself (everywhere it works like that, even in halls). The rend it 450 for room and we share all bills that come exually by each other (about 30 per month).
This property has extremly high standards as for a property for students. There is NO dump.
