Double room to let in a four bedroom flat in Kingston Upon Thames. Only five minutes walk from Knights park campus and Penryn road campus. There is an Asda within walking distance and the town centre is also around five - ten minutes walk. It is located on the fifth and sixth floors of and apartment block which overlooks a car park and green, as well as a few local shops.
As for us we are a group of hard working students who all study architecture at Knights park campus. We are easy to get on with and like to have the occasional drink, but take our work seriously. Someone with a similar work ethic would be preferred.
