Norbiton Hall is a purpose built 1930's mansion-style development of apartments located equidistant to both Norbiton and Kingston BR Stations, each being approximately 0. 4 miles away. From the front door of the flat to Waterloo Station takes approximately 36 min via Norbiton.

Terms
I am asking for £1875 per calendar month from all private tenants (non-benefit tenants).
The flat is also available for short-lets (max 6 months), asking £2950pcm.

Tenancies longer than a year is preferred, but not essential.

When you are satisfied with the property and terms, a fee of £500 is required to reserve the apartment (known as the reservation fee). This will suspend any future viewings and/or bookings. The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the apartment is made unavailable to let – at which point the reservation fee less any costs incurred will be refunded.

So a breakdown of your initial payment would look like this…

First months’ rent + Security Deposit + Administration Fee – Reservation Fee = Initial Payment

The security deposit is and always will be held by the DPS (government Deposit Protection Scheme) and amounts to one and half times the agreed monthly rate.

Administration Fee is £85 per person.

For three sharers, the Initial Payment would amount to…

£1875 + £2812 + £255 - £500 = £4442. 50

All other associated costs such as utility bills and council tax are to be paid for in full by the tenants promptly.
